That’s my new motto. I have decided that I have time to do everything I need to do. So far, it appears to be working! We’ll see.

Right now I should really be working on what my professor is calling a book review. Personally, I think that’s something of a misnomer — it’s really just an essay. But I thought I’d crank out a quick post before I get started on that.

Big news! I was accepted to the Koch program for this summer! I’ve been geeking out over it for a couple days, oogling the apartment building they’ve got for us, google mapping it in relation to my internship, the airport, and the nearest Trader Joe’s, looking over the pre-program assignments, the lecture series (they’ve got several Cato scholars!), and generally being over the moon about my life. To celebrate, I will be breaking out the macarons I have been lusting after for months and watching Atlas Shrugged Part I on netflix. I did promise Winter I wouldn’t watch it without her, though, so if she can’t come it’ll probably end up being Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There’s a nagging feeling that I should watch something like Pride and Prejudice or Emma instead, however, as they seem to go so well with macarons.

I will probably also buy myself some shoes, because I can’t think of any good reasons why I shouldn’t.
